Angelic Pretty’s Cotton Candy series is a tough one to get – they don’t do a lot of tartan patterns, so whenever they do, they usually sell out quickly. Pink and black is our favorite tartan color combination from AP, and you can hopefully see why here. Aside from the tartan, this is a traditional AP skirt design, with large lace-surrounded hearts and bows decorating the front and another bow on the back. The border is also decorated with lace, and the lace itself has a heart pattern. There are also hidden pockets on the side of the skirt.
