This is a perfect set for spring, and it’s both cute and versatile too! It comes with both a separate top and skirt, which can be worn either together or separately with another coordinate. Both pieces are decorated with hearts all around, including the buttons, lace and tulle. The top is bare-shouldered and shirred in the back for adjustability. The large bow on the skirt is removable.
