This is a reissue of Victorian maiden’s 2009 Fairy Doll Puff Sleeve Dress in all-new colors. This is a striking dress with a ruffled chiffon hem and both a front and back bustle. The bustle is a true bustle that can be worn either up or down. The main fabric is georgette shantung – you can see the subtle texture in the closeup photo. This is a light, flowing dress with a bold look.
Included with the dress are two pin-on bows that can be placed anywhere on the dress. Victorian maiden chose to put them on the breast and torso for their photos, but you can place them anywhere you like.
