KERA issue #161 - January 2012
Every month from 2009 until its publication ceased in 2017, we ordered extra copies of KERA magazine for our store reference. These are now for sale! Complete your collection, or see your favorite brands, models and cover stars as they've grown through the years!
PLEASE NOTE: These issues may have minor shelf wear, although most are pristine. Any obvious condition issues beyond potential shelf wear will be noted in the description below.
Condition notes for this issue: "STORE COPY" written in marker on back cover
KERA magazine is as close as you’re going to get to an official bible of Japanese street fashion. With participation from all of the Tokyo and Osaka street fashion brands, KERA was a monthly guide to new products and styles as they were released, and to new trends as they became popular. There are many, many photos to help you with coordinate ideas, and you will often see products in KERA that are – or were – for sale in our store.
All text is in Japanese.
NOT APPLICABLE TO OUR FREE SHIPPING OFFER. Please do not select free shipping if ordering multiple magazines - your order will be canceled. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
You may notice that most of our clothes are labeled either "One Size" or "Free Size". What does this mean?
- One Size - these garments do not stretch; their size is fixed, and they are only available in one size (see the measurements on the product page).
- Free Size - similar to "one size fits all", these garments stretch to a point. Still only produced in one size.
Keep in mind that our clothes are mainly from Japan, where there's less variation in adult sizing. In most cases, only one size of a given item is even produced - the only question is whether or not it can stretch to become "free size". In some cases (t-shirts, some blouses and pants), there is more than one size available.
We post the measurements of each garment at the bottom of each product page, so that you can compare them with your own. Keep in mind that all measurements are taken externally, so it's a good idea to add at least a half inch to an inch to your own body measurements for a comfortable fit.
Please feel free to ask us any questions about sizing in advance of ordering. Keep in mind that we do not accept returns for sizing.
